Our Story
Founder, Tina Hatsiandrou was diagnosed with celiac in 2010. The journey of baking began when trying to outsource gluten free desserts for our restaurant’s menu. Tina quickly learned she would have to teach herself in order to offer something sweet that would rival the most indulgent treats.
While creating a legacy for our own family our mission is to provide you with an incredible dessert that is not only safe but something the whole family can enjoy. We take great pride in being a part of your celebrations and look forward to serving you.
