Our team of highly skilled bakers led by our founder, Tina Hatsiandrou, creates delectable sweet treats from our scratch kitchen. In shop you’ll find we have lots of fun recreating nostalgic sweets. From swiss rolls, to pop tarts to Twinkies and more we strive to give you a gluten free experience you won’t find anywhere else.

MEET TINA
Learn more about the culinary-force behind Lucciano’s Gluten-Free Bakeshop.
Our founder Tina Hatsiandrou was diagnosed with celiac in 2010. The journey of baking began when trying to outsource gluten-free desserts for our restaurants menu. Tina quickly learned she would have to teach herself in order to offer something sweet that would rival the most indulgent treats.
