Tina is a diagnosed baker with a passion for gluten free. Our gluten free baking journey began when trying to find desserts to share with our restaurant guests. Thankfully in recent times it has become easier to find gluten free products but nothing seemed good enough. Tina and Lou want to provide their guests with something they cannot experience anywhere else.
We quickly figured out that would only happen by creating it ourselves.
